Jack Stover
Executive Chairman
Prior to joining TNT Pharma in early 2009, Mr. Stover was the CEO of Antares Pharma, Inc., an emerging, publicly-held specialty pharmaceutical company. During his tenure at Antares, he was responsible for the successful execution of multiple pharma partnering transactions and for significant increases in both revenue and market capitalization. He also serves on the board of directors of Arbios Technologies Inc., a publically-held bio-artificial liver company and PDI Inc. a publically-held contract sales and marketing organization. Mr. Stover previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sicor, Inc., a NASDAQ company with approximately $500 million in revenue prior to its sale to Teva Pharmaceuticals for approximately $3.5 billion. He was also a director and officer of a private women’s health company Gynetics Inc. which developed proprietary products and was a key development partner of Barr Labs, and he is a certified public accountant.
Len Rosenberg PhD, RPh
Head of Clinical and Regulatory & Director
Dr. Rosenberg is co-founder of TNT Pharma and also is a founding partner (in 2000) with the consulting firm eP2Consulting, specializing in the areas of clinical operations, information technology, and project management. In this role, Dr. Rosenberg works with several bio-pharmaceutical companies and CROs, along with technology firms focused on improving the drug development cycle. In addition, he serves as an officer of Diasome Pharmaceuticals, a privately-held company focused on the development of novel diabetes drugs using the Company’s proprietary drug delivery platform.
W. Blair Geho, MD, PhD
Head of Scientific Officer and Medical Affairs & Director
Dr. Geho is the principle inventor of the drug delivery platform and related technology through SDG, Inc. Prior to founding several biopharmaceutical companies, Dr. Geho developed and led the pharmaceutical division for Procter & Gamble, managing the clinical development for Didronel and Osteoscan. Dr. Geho received his BS from Bethany College and his PhD and MD from Western Reserve University.
Robert Geho, MBA
Head of Operations and Business Development & Director
Mr. Geho is responsible for the management of the Company’s operations and business development initiatives. He is also a co-founder of SDG, Inc., the company that originated the Company’s platform and technology, and he the son of Blair Geho. Mr. Geho has been actively involved in raising capital for several bio-pharmaceutical companies over the past fourteen years, and he has initiated and led collaborative relationships with a variety of technology companies, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, universities and other organizations. He received his MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
