COLLABORATIONS AND LICENSES

The Company’s core IP was licensed exclusively from SDG, Inc., an Ohio-based bio-pharmaceutical company and collaborator that is a significant shareholder of TNT Pharma and is headquartered at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation Innovations center, a leading life sciences incubator facility.

TNT Pharma has exclusive worldwide license rights to the following:

  • Oral drug delivery of several distinct therapeutic products, including but not limited to the following:

    • Epogen® & Neupogen® (oncology)

    • Parathyroid Hormone (osteoporosis)

    • Blood Clotting Factor VIII (hemophilia)

    • Remicade® (rheumatoid arthritis & ulcerative colitis)

    • Thyroxine (hyperlipidemia)

    • Heparin (deep vein thrombosis)

    • Calcitonin (osteoporosis) and

    • Interferon alpha and ribavirin (hepatitis C)

  • In addition, TNT has worldwide, exclusive license rights to certain SDG technologies in the areas of pulmonary drug delivery, oncology, and anti-virals.

In addition to its SDG collaborators, TNT Pharma’s products are supported by contracted supported relationships with several of this country’s leading contract research and supply organizations, as shown in the chart below.
